Excellent - I don't want to be the engineer of this: Double up 2 sheets of 1 inch plywood?
I guess it is implied to be scaffold grade plywood stamped by a 3rd party inspection bureau?
Guard rails? Tie into wall or structure? Base to height ratio?
Who puts himself out there like that?
