Greetings and salutations. Hope everyone in DC and the surrounding states are working inside. Keep warm out there, you too Canadian members.
I have made a few changes like adding "Jobs" to the event tab. Anyone who knows of scaffold work should please post in there for now unless it gets moved later. As you may have noticed I am still working out all of the glitches and bugs in this thing as I tweak it to work out to be as simple as possible. This isn't a corporation yet so we will try to keep things simple.
I have not heard anything else about the accident out East but I am still praying that everyone has been accounted for. Please say a prayer, or two, for the families of the five people who were lost in the line over there. I did find this clip with all of the names of the fallen.

Local media reports say Roy Rushton, 36, was killed when a major explosion occurred at the Kleen Energy plant at 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police also identified four other fatalities: Raymond Dobratz of Old
Saybrook, Conn.; Peter Chetulis of Thomaston, Conn.; Ronald J. Crabb of
Colchester, Conn. and Chris Walters of Florissant, Mo"

Mr. Rushton was an insulator.

Please post any job information as you may have heard there seems to be fewer jobs than there were before. Too bad we don't work in banks. We might have more jobs then. Sorry that was my entire political rant for the year.

I am hoping to add a section where we can post resumes and one day be able to get people connected with the right jobs at the right time. When we have more members I would like this to be like the Monster.com of the scaffold world. I can only make that dream come true with help from all of you. Wouldn't it be great to be able to go to one place and find all the greatest scaffold jobs, tools and information? Find out information about an employer from people who have worked for the before you go to work for them? That is just a piece of my vision of where I would like us to go with this. For us, by us. Sound familiar. Worked before so lets make it work for us.

i agree JW, anything i can do to help, just ask. I've brought 2 new members to the site as a start.(wes coy, matt clifford) I will post jobs as i see them.
