Fake employment company

Found a company on the web looking for scaffold builders in Mobile,AL called Professional Employment Resource called them up and they want me to pay $200 so they can give me the same numbers I have to see if their hiring. I know times are rough and hard but shit like that really makes me wonder what the world is coming to?
