Field Talent Recruiter

The Brock Group is currently taking resumes for Field Talent Recruiter. The Brock Group is a multi-craft specialty industrial services for routine maintenance, turnarounds and capital projects.  Candidate will assist in supplying immediate, qualified manpower throughout the U.S. in Scaffolding, Coatings, Insulation, Fireproofing, Asbestos, Instrumentation, Electrical and Heat Tracing.  Experience/Requirements: Prior hands on experience in one or all crafts.

Extensive travel (up to 50%) may be required, resource database for craft personnel is a plus. Sales/Marketing skills are a plus. Ability to communicate with craft personnel and management. Stand-alone position that requires self- motivation in a fast, paced environment. Must be able to organize and coordinate various manpower needs quickly

Spanish fluency desired
