Justin Unions are good but when you work in a right to work state(LOUISIANA) not a lot of people will have the nuts to strike a job site or company to get anything done. There are to many talkers and not enough walkers.

Well said Mr. Garrett! I think we even need to take that one step further and have our own Union. I am a Carpenter who can't build anything out of wood but I can build some great scaffolds!

We (the whole scaffold trade) need to have better acceptance in the construction trade. Better training other than OJT(On the Job Training). Qualified instructers and reconized schools.Competive Wages with other trades, not just other scaffold companies. There are exelent builders out there but not enough support from the other crafts.

Recognition as a real trade and not as a support craft will go a long way

Hi Jason.

It is hard to get good help.  Keep hiring and keep culling.  The process never stops.  I'm Union and I get after that ass if the troops don't put out.  The company MUST profit.
