Leaving the nail heads up for everyone to trip over.......stupid.
Putting a 2x4 on top of wood plank on top of steel plank in a long run scaffold....moronic.
Doing all of the above leaving the tails up on the wire and leaving the wire loose.....gets you outta the club dum dum...!!!!!!! Urg........
