It is the Raw Water Tank that had to be painted. We got done building the scaffold, the laborers and painters covered the tank with driftlon.

Ugghhhh. Is that Shrink Wrap? Fun,fun, fun till my daddy take my t-brid away. loads of memories about doing shrink wrap.
