 ons Position Summary:\n\nPerforms craft level scaffold support in acco
 rdance with all safety, environmental and operational practices and po
 licies and procedures.\nEssential Job Functions:\nâ€˘ Construct, erect
 , maintain and dismantle scaffold per OSHA and ADOSH specifications\nâ
 €˘ Use multiple scaffold systems including construction grade lumber a
 nd patented pre-manufactured scaffold components\nâ€˘ Routinely perfor
 m safety and productivity observations as well as shop, field and vehi
 cle inspections\nâ€˘ Attend various technical, developmental and safet
 y training\nâ€˘ Demonstrate adherence to established company and clien
 t safety policies and procedures and accept accountability for safe wo
 rk practices, including proper hazard recognition and mitigation\nâ€˘ 
 Demonstrate support for the companyâ€™s environmental management syste
 m\nâ€˘ Ability to operate vehicles (pickups, 12 foot flatbed F-550 tru
 cks) and other equipment (man lifts) in all seasons, adverse weather, 
 and/or road conditions\nKnowledge Skills and Abilities:\nâ€˘ Knowledge
  of scaffolding techniques and procedures required, skill in erecting 
 multi scaffold systems, with Safeway scaffold systems preferred\nâ€˘ K
 nowledge of various fasteners, hardware, materials, and other commonly
  used scaffolding components\nâ€˘ Able to work comfortably at heights\
 nâ€˘ Knowledge of crane and hand signals preferred\nâ€˘ Excellent prob
 lem solving skills with ability to come up with solutions to everyday 
 scaffold issues\nâ€˘ Familiar with OSHA and ADOSH scaffold specificati
 ons\nâ€˘ Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  with fellow workers and client\nâ€˘ Sound knowledge of operations and
  safety practices and policies\nâ€˘ Ability to be part of a team to ac
 complish goals and objectives established by management\nâ€˘ Must be a
  self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision\nâ€
