Actually there are 2 stairtowers just outside the picture

Yes the diagonals are missing. Tying the towers together not necessary but I do like the gap between the deck and the toe board in the tube bay. Since these are rolling tower the legs should be pinned, not wired together. Other than those few things this is not a bad job. Not a good job, but not a bad one either.

A couple diagonals won't hurt anything and maybe tie the legs together too. That wouldn't be such a bad idea.
