Came up to Maryland to do a 2 week job about 9 years ago been here eversince. But I do try to get back down to La every so often.

The food....God don't remind me....the boudin, crawfish, gumbo, jambalaya, fricasse, etouffee.....need I say more. Oh yeah, Zapps potato chips, the cajun crawtaters!!!
I need to make a trip soon......especially for my SAINTS!!! Geaux SAINTS.
